Terugbetalings / Refunds
Sodra jou produk ontvang en geïnspekteer is, sal ons vir jou ’n e-pos stuur om jou in kennis te stel dat ons jou oorhandigde item ontvang het. Ons sal jou ook inlig oor die goedkeuring of verwerping van jou terugbetaling.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
As jou terugbetaling goedgekeur word, sal dit verwerk word en ’n krediet sal outomaties binne ’n sekere aantal dae op jou kredietkaart of oorspronklike betaalmetode aangebring word.

Uitverkoping-items / Sale items
Slegs items teen gewone pryse kan terugbetaal word. Uitverkoping-items kan nie terugbetaal word nie. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Omruilings / Exchanges
